On the contrary, when the internal pressure of the pressure vessel is completely released, the safety interlock device can be removed. If there is still pressure inside the pressure vessel, the safety vent alarm screw will also alarm. Empty screws prevent the container from opening under pressure. When unloading the empty screw, if you hear the alarm sound or the oil leaks out, the inner lock plate should not be removed, and the empty screw is screwed back, it means that there is residual pressure/oil in the container, and it will continue to drain or empty the container.
