Structure and working principle

The quick opening closure is generally composed of a cylinder flange, head cover, hook ring or clamp, sub, safety chain mechanism, opening and closing mechanism, swivel arm, and other components. According to the connection form and application between the main pressure elements, it can be divided into tooth insert type quick opening blind plate, clamp type quick opening blind plate, insert type quick opening blind plate, and lock ring type (pressure ring) quick opening blind plate and other classic structures.

The quick opening closure is divided into the whole type (when the hook ring and the cylinder flange are made into one) and the sub-type of two types; The clamp type is a quick opening closure that can be opened or closed quickly by loosening or tightening the clamp. The latch type is a quick opening closure that is quickly opened or closed between the cylinder flange and the head cover by intermittent single-head or multi-head thread rotation.

Structure characteristics and working principle of lock ring type quick opening closure

The locking mechanism and pressure alarm mechanism, lock ring, lock ring clamp plate, multi-purpose handle, rotary opening and closing mechanism, etc., the quick-opening body and the door body are sealed by self-tightening fluorine rubber sealing ring, the sealing ring is molded once, and the sealing ring has good residual elasticity during the life period to ensure the reliability of the seal. The pressure alarm screw of the pressure alarm mechanism and the contact surface of the door body is sealed with a fluorine rubber O-ring. In the selection of materials, the quick-opening body and the door body are forged, and the lock ring is made of double-phase steel forgings.

As shown in the pressure alarm mechanism, the screw thread part of the alarm screw is milled with a longitudinal groove. When opening the quick door, if there is residual pressure in the pipeline, unscrew the alarm screw. Once the O-ring is removed from the surface of the door body, the residual pressure begins to release. After determining that there is no residual pressure in the pipeline, completely unscrew the alarm lever. Only when the alarm screw is completely unscrewed can the lock ring flap connected with it be opened, and after opening the lock ring flap, the lock ring can be further contracted. When shrinking the lock ring, it is necessary to operate the locking mechanism, which is composed of a hoof-shaped connecting rod, transmission connecting rod, limit stop ring, support stop ring, lock ring, and other parts. When shrinking the lock ring, first insert the multi-purpose handle into the hole of the transmission connecting rod, turn the handle clockwise, the transmission connecting rod drives the hoof-shaped connecting rod connected with the hoof-shaped connecting rod to shrink into the hoof shape, drive the locking ring force rod on the locking ring assembly connected with the hoof-shaped connecting rod through the pin shaft, and the locking ring shrinks into the shoulder of the door body under the drive of the force rod. When the locking ring shrinks to the shoulder of the door, the hoof-shaped connecting rod is locked through the core. It does not automatically open in the absence of external force and is equipped with a lock ring stop to ensure that the lock ring will not fall out of the device after shrinking to the shoulder of the door. At this point, the door body can be opened axially from the fast-opening body. When opening the door body, turn on the rotary opening and closing mechanism. The rotary opening mechanism is composed of door support, door support pin, swivel arm, upper and lower swivel arm seat, upper and lower swivel arm shaft, bearing, and other parts. The door support is connected with the door body through a screw, and then connected with the swivel arm through the door support pin. The other end of the swivel arm is connected to the swivel arm seat of the quick-opening body through the swivel shaft. When the door body needs to be opened, turn the handle connected to the lower end of the swivel arm outward, and the swivel arm will rotate around the swivel arm axis or swing back and forth, driving the door body to make a certain linear movement and rotation and open the door body.
