Quick opening closure operating procedures

Safety precautions

Check the indicator on the container is normal;

Check the container and the quick opening closure connection parts should not leak;

Necessary explosion-proof tools, fire extinguishers, fire MATS, and other facilities are ready;

The operation of opening and closing the blind plate shall be carried out by one person and supervised by other personnel;

In the process of opening and closing, the front side of the quick opening closure should not stand.

 

Opening procedure

Check the pressure in the inner chamber of the blind plate cylinder. If the pressure value is not returned to zero, it is forbidden to operate

Check that the container inlet and outlet valves are completely closed and free from any source of pressure

Slowly loosen the pressure alarm bolt and check whether there is pressure in the container

If there is no pressure, remove the pressure alarm bolt and its lock plate from the blind plate

Turn the handle 180 degrees counterclockwise to activate the drive chain and the horseshoe mechanism and gradually retract the lock strap into the door groove

Remove the omnidirectional handle and use the door hinge handle to rotate the door

Closing procedure

Check whether the lock belt and seal belt are in good condition. There should be no obvious scratches and wear, and clean the grooves, lock belt, and seal belt. A thin layer of anti-corrosion silicone grease is coated on the groove and sealing surface;

Adjust the door with an omnidirectional handle so that the door goes vertically into the neck of the quick-opening blind.

Place the handle at the drive connection and turn it clockwise until the lock strap reaches the neck entrance

Install the lock block and tighten the pressure alarm bolt to complete the closing operation.

Note: After the blind plate is closed, the receiving cylinder or filter separator should be gradually pressurized, which can be divided into three steps: low pressure (0.1-0.2MPa), medium pressure (1/2 of the pressure of the main line under the current operating condition) and high pressure (the pressure of the main line under the current operating condition). Maintenance

Daily maintenance

In the daily work of blind plate inspection and operation process: it is strictly prohibited to hit and impact the pressure parts; The connection part should be inspected frequently; The main pressure parts of the quick opening closure (blind plate cover, cylinder flange, lock ring) should be checked regularly. If serious rust and crack are found, the cause should be found in time, and professionals should be asked to deal with it.

Maintenance for switch operation

First of all, before opening, confirm whether all the natural gas in the container is empty, and gently pry whether the safety chain device is retracted with the flat screwdriver; Slowly loosen the pressure relief plug. If there is a whistle, a blip, or a smell, it can be proved that residual pressure is inside the container. Then tighten the inclined release bolt and continue emptying until there is no residual pressure. Then remove all the pressure relief bolts and make them separate from the bolt hole Open the lever and open the quick opening closure.

It should be noted that the operator should not operate directly on the blind plate during the whole process.

Close the blind plate operation

1. First of all, check whether the lock belt and sealing belt are intact, there should be no obvious scratches and wear;

2. Remove the dirt in the blind plate and the groove of the ball barrel, the locking belt, and the seal place, and apply a thin layer of anti-corrosion silicone grease on the blind plate and the groove of the ball barrel and the sealing surface;

3. Insert one end of the universal handle into the lock ring drive arm and turn the handle counterclockwise to retract the lock band to the groove of the lock band;

4. Gently push the door forward, push to the position close to the flange, and slightly push the position, If the door is not in place, the lock ring can not expand in place, push the operating lever to close the door, make the door completely into the neck of the quick opening closure, loosen the locking belt, make the locking belt just stuck in the groove of the locking belt;

5. Pull the door back and forth several times to confirm whether the expansion ring is completely stuck into the groove;

6. Install the lock block, tighten the pressure relief plug, and close the blind plate.

Matters needing attention

When installing pressure relief bolts, be sure not to use brute force, and pay attention not to tilt into the screw, because it is easy to destroy the thread with brute force and tilt into the screw. After screwing in by hand, insert the long handle into the hole of the pressure relief bolt rod and tighten it with force;

Clean up the lock ring groove and smear grease. The part of the lock ring and the door contact, also apply grease; The purpose is to open the blind plate next time, more easily, with no corrosion;

The lock ring and the contact parts of the lock ring cannot be painted or painted, otherwise, it will cause the lock ring not to operate or glide.
